Transactional Leadership, Well-Being Support, OCB-Altruism, and Employee Performance: Testing Their Relationship

This study analyzes the relationship between transactional leadership, well-being support, OCB-altruism, and employee performance. Data was collected from 212 respondents who worked in 11 stone milling companies Central Java Province - Indonesia. By using AMOS 24 software processing analyzing data, results of this found that (1) leadership has a positive significant effect on performance; (2) support (3) OCB-altruism Employees have high strong psychological attachment to organization encourages them contribute both formally informally by displaying their best
